- Invoice on request
Overview
STAAD To CAD turns the frames of your STAAD.Pro model into section drawings, without drafting by hand.
Select one frame in STAAD.Pro and press Get frame.
- Members view: the frame in 3D with STAAD's member numbers, and its members listed beside it. Members that can be merged (split rafters and columns) are highlighted; Merge lets you pick which groups to join, and each merged member is drawn and named as one.
- Drawing view: the section drawing, with each member written out (web depth start ~ end × thickness, top and bottom flanges, length) or marked M1, M2 … with a sections table. Every label sits above its member, along it. Set the text height, and drag any label to a clearer place.
Export DXF downloads the drawing. Select the next frame and press Get another frame: on the go, nothing to save or manage.
