Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Structures Simplified website and the courses, software tools, reference material and training ("products") we sell. By creating an account or buying a product you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Structures Simplified ("Structures Simplified", "we", "us"), No. 11, 14th Cross Extension, Krishna Nagar, Lawspet, Puducherry - 605008. You can reach us at parishith@structures-simplified.com or +91 81225 94494.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, share paid content, or attempt to bypass licensing.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final amount you pay. Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card details.
• An invoice is available for every order on request: reply to your order email or write to parishith@structures-simplified.com.

4. Licences

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it:

• Courses — lifetime access for one learner, for as long as we offer the course on this platform.
• Software tools and design sheets — use by one named user on their own machines, unless a multi-seat licence is purchased. Licence keys must not be shared.
• Reference material (PDFs, templates) — for your own professional use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it.

All content remains the intellectual property of Structures Simplified or its instructors.

5. Engineering responsibility

Our tools, sheets, courses and reference material are aids for qualified engineers. They do not replace professional judgement. You remain responsible for checking all inputs and outputs and for compliance with the applicable codes and regulations on your projects.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or contracts.

7. Training for Teams

Corporate programmes are governed by the proposal or agreement issued for that engagement, together with these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Puducherry have exclusive jurisdiction.
