Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Structures Simplified collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally phone and company.
• Order details — products bought, amounts, GSTIN if provided, and payment references from our payment partner. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
• Learning data — courses you're enrolled in and lessons you've completed, so we can track progress and issue certificates.
• Enquiries — whatever you send us through our forms.
• Technical data — basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart.

How we use it

To provide your purchases and course access, issue invoices and certificates, respond to enquiries, send service emails (receipts, updates to products you own), prevent fraud, and improve our products. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform — payment processing (Razorpay), hosting, email delivery and video hosting — and only as needed for that purpose. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and your cart. If we add analytics cookies, we will tell you here.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required by tax law (typically 8 years for invoices).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to parishith@structures-simplified.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
