How products are delivered

Web apps	Open from My account → My apps	Immediately after payment is confirmed
Guides and reference material	Download in My account → Downloads	Immediately after payment is confirmed
Training for Teams	Online sessions by video call; on-site sessions at your office on request	On the dates agreed in your training proposal

An order confirmation is also sent to the email address on your account.

If you don't receive access

Payment confirmation usually takes a few seconds. If your product isn't in your account within 2 hours of a successful payment, email parishith@structures-simplified.com with your order number (it starts with SS-) and we will resolve it within one working day.

Delivery area

Digital products are available worldwide. On-site training can be arranged on request; where it is, travel costs are quoted in the training proposal.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping charges on any product.
